Your portal team

More than one person can work in the partner portal. Each of them holds a role, and the role decides what they can change.

The roles

RoleWhat they can do
Program ownerEverything, including pricing, billing, and the program's own plan.
ManagerRun the program day to day — customers and their activity.
Team memberWork in the portal within the access they are given.

Only the program owner controls the commercial side. That line matters: someone who can activate customers is not automatically someone who can change what those customers are charged.

Adding someone

Open Team in the portal, add the member, and give them a role. They get access under your program rather than a customer account, so they see your customers and never sign in as one.

Members can be edited or removed later from the same screen. Removing someone revokes their access to the portal; it changes nothing about your customers or their data.

Active and inactive members

A member can be made inactive instead of removed — useful for someone who has left temporarily, or whose access you want to suspend without losing the record of what they did.

Keeping access tight

Give the smallest role that lets someone do their job, and review the list when people change roles. The portal can change what every one of your customers is charged, so access to it is worth the same care as access to your own billing.
