Partner overview
As a partner you sell Chatley as your own product. Your customers sign in at your domain, see your name and your logo, and are billed by you. They never deal with us directly.
The partner portal is where you run that business: your branding, your customers, your pricing, and the numbers behind it.
What is yours, and what is theirs
| Yours, set in the partner portal | Your customer's, set in their own workspace |
|---|---|
| Domain, logo, colours, product name | Their agents, voices, and knowledge |
| Pricing packages and billing mode | Their calendar and helpdesk connections |
| Which customers are active | Their own team members |
| Program-wide capacity | Their calls, leads, and insights |
Your customers use the same product documentation you are reading now — under your brand, so it names your platform rather than ours.
Where to start
- Branding — your product name, logos, colours, and the domain your customers sign in at. Do this first: everything your customers see depends on it.
- Pricing & billing — how you charge, and which billing mode your program runs on.
- Customers — activating accounts and watching what they use.
- Platform capacity — the headroom your whole program draws from.
- Your team — who else can get into the portal, and what they are allowed to change.
The dashboard
The portal opens on a dashboard summarising the program: how many customers are active, what they are using, and where revenue stands for the current period. Everything on it is a shortcut into one of the sections above.
