Pricing & billing
You set your own prices and keep the margin between them and what your program costs. This page covers how that is arranged.
Pricing packages
A package is a plan you sell: its name, a short line describing it, the price, the billing interval, and the allowances that come with it — how many call minutes are included and how many calls can run at once.
Create as many as your market needs, and edit them as you go. A change affects what new customers can pick; it does not silently re-price the ones already on a package.
Give packages names your customers would recognise. "Starter, Growth, Scale" sells better than "Package 1, 2, 3", and it also makes your own customer list easier to read.
How your customers pay
Your program runs in one of two modes:
Card payment. Your customers pay by card, through your own connected payment account, and money reaches you directly. This is the usual arrangement — it needs no work from you once a customer is set up.
Invoice billing. You invoice your customers yourself, and record payment as it arrives. This suits customers who cannot pay by card, or larger accounts on purchase orders. It is more work per customer, so it tends to be used for specific accounts rather than a whole program.
Switching the program between modes is a request rather than a switch you flip, because it changes how every customer is charged.
The approval queue
Where a change needs your say-so — a customer asking to move billing, for example — it lands in an approval queue. Nothing happens until you approve or reject it, and rejecting is a final answer rather than a pause.
Check the queue regularly. A customer waiting on an approval is usually a customer who cannot do the thing they are trying to pay you for.
Invoices and revenue
For invoice-billed customers the portal holds the invoices themselves: what has been collected, what is awaiting payment, and what needs action. You can send an invoice, mark its status as things change, and download it.
Alongside that, the revenue view shows how the current period is going and how it compares over time, and the figures can be exported when you need them somewhere else.
Your own subscription
Your program itself runs on a plan with the platform. That is separate from what you charge your customers, and it is what platform capacity comes from.
