The obligations that matter most for a voice product
The Services are operated by Chatley AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
You remain the caller. That means you are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to contact each number you call;
- complying with the TCPA, Do Not Call rules, and calling-hour restrictions — see Compliance & DNC;
- obtaining recording consent where required — see Call recording & consent;
- disclosing that the caller is speaking to an AI where required;
- honouring opt-out requests promptly.
Chatley provides controls to help with each of these. It does not assume the obligations.
Before you start outbound calling
Accept the DNC attestation on the agent and load your Do Not Call list first. Compliance & DNC walks through both.
