title: Zapier
description: Send Chatley events into the thousands of apps Zapier connects to.
---

Zapier is the quickest way to get what your agents capture into another tool —
a CRM, a spreadsheet, a chat channel — without writing any code.

## Two ways to use it

**Point a webhook at Zapier.** Create a **Catch Hook** trigger in Zapier, copy
the URL it gives you, and paste that as your webhook endpoint in Chatley. Every
captured lead then arrives in Zapier as a new run. See
[Webhooks](../webhooks.md) for the payload and how to test it.

**Connect the Zapier card.** Open your workspace, go to **Integrations**, select
the **Zapier** card and connect it, so Chatley activity is available to build
Zaps from directly.

The webhook route is the one to start with: it needs nothing but a URL, and you
can see the payload arrive in Zapier while you build the rest of the Zap.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Nothing reaches Zapier | Send a test from the Webhooks panel and watch the Zap's task history for the run. |
| The Zap runs but fields are empty | Field names depend on the form — see the payload shape in [Webhooks](../webhooks.md). |
