title: Jobber
description: Let your agents add customers and look up jobs in Jobber, so calls turn into jobs without typing.
---

With Jobber connected, your agents can **create new customers** and **check job
status** during a call, and see a caller's **history — jobs, estimates and
invoices**. Calls turn into jobs without anyone typing them in.

## Connect it

1. Open **Integrations** under **Setup** in your workspace.
2. Select the **Jobber** card and choose **Connect Jobber**.
3. Sign in to Jobber and allow access. You are returned to Chatley, and the card
   shows **Jobber connected**.

A workspace connects to **one Jobber account**. If it already has a different
one, Chatley says so — disconnect it first.

## Use it in an agent

Open the agent's **Actions** tab. The Jobber actions show *Needs Jobber
connected* until you connect, and *Needs reauthorization* if Jobber access has
lapsed.

## If it stops working

| Problem | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| *Jobber access wasn't granted* | You declined at Jobber. Choose **Connect Jobber** again and allow access. |
| *That connection attempt expired* | Start again with **Connect Jobber**. |
| *Needs reauthorization* | Jobber access was revoked or expired. Use **Reauthorize** on the card. |
| *This workspace already has a different Jobber account connected* | Disconnect the current account, then connect the other. |

## Next steps

- [Integrations](../integrations.md) — everything you can connect.
- [Agents](../agents.md) — add the Jobber actions to an agent.
