ElevenLabs
Connecting ElevenLabs lets your agents speak with voices from your own ElevenLabs account, billed to that account rather than through your plan.
Most accounts never need this — the built-in voice library covers the usual range. Reach for it when you have a voice of your own that you want your agents to use.
Connect it
- Open your workspace and go to Integrations.
- Select the ElevenLabs card.
- Paste your ElevenLabs API key, which you create in your own ElevenLabs account.
- Save.
Treat the key like a password. If it may have been exposed, revoke it at ElevenLabs and connect again with a new one.
Troubleshooting

| The key is rejected | Confirm it was copied whole and is still active in your ElevenLabs account. |
| Voices sound unchanged | An agent still uses the voice assigned to it — see Voices to change it. |
