Calendly
Connecting Calendly lets an agent create a booking on your Calendly schedule during a call.
warning
Calendly only allows bookings to be created through its API on a paid plan. On a free Calendly plan the connection will succeed but bookings will fail.
Connect it
- Open your workspace and go to Integrations.
- Select the Calendly card.
- Choose to connect. You are sent to Calendly to approve access and returned to Chatley afterwards.
One calendar at a time
Calendly, Cal.com and Google Calendar are alternatives to each other. Only one can be connected to a workspace at a time.
What your agents can do with it
An agent's Appointment action can create bookings during a call. They appear in Booked appointments alongside everything else your agents book.
Troubleshooting
