**Home** is the first screen you see when you open a workspace. It answers three
questions in one glance: *how are my agents doing, is anything wrong, and what
should I do next?*

## Pick a period

Use the switch at the top right of the banner to change what the numbers cover:

| Option | Window |
| --- | --- |
| **Today** | The last 24 hours. |
| **This week** | The last 7 days. |
| **This month** | The last 30 days. |

Each headline number also shows how it moved against the period just before it,
so a drop or a spike is easy to spot.

## The four headline numbers

| Card | What it tells you |
| --- | --- |
| **Calls today / this week / this month** | How many calls your agents handled in the period you picked, compared with the period just before. |
| **Calls this week** | A fixed 7-day view, compared with the 7 days before. |
| **Average call length** | How long a typical call lasted, across the calls in the period. |
| **Caller satisfaction** | The share of rated calls where the caller sounded satisfied, judged from the conversation. It appears once enough calls have been rated. |

## Needs your attention

Home only raises things that are real and fixable. Typical items:

- **Agents without a phone number** — they can only take web calls and test calls
  until you [assign a number](./phone-numbers.md).
- **A website import that failed** — your agent is missing that knowledge. Open
[Knowledge](./knowledge-base.md) to try again or dismiss it.
- **Texting registration** that has not been started, is waiting on review, or
  needs changes — see [Messaging](./messaging.md).

When there is nothing to fix, the list says so. If Home cannot load your call
figures it shows an error instead of pretending you have no agents.

## Finish setting up

A new workspace also shows a short checklist. Each step links to the right page and
ticks itself off when you are done:

1. Create your first [agent](./agents.md).
2. Get a [phone number](./phone-numbers.md).
3. Add [knowledge](./knowledge-base.md) for your agents.
4. Make a test call — see [Talk to Assistant](./talk-to-assistant.md).
5. Connect a [calendar](./integrations.md) for bookings.
6. Register your numbers for texting (shown when texting is available to you).

## Recent calls, caller sentiment and busiest agents

- **Recent calls** lists the latest calls with the agent, caller, length, a
**Risk** badge and the time. Choose **View all calls** to open
  [Calls](./calls.md).
- **How callers felt** splits scored calls into **Positive**, **Neutral** and
  **Negative**.
- **Busiest agents** ranks your agents by call count for the last 30 days.

:::tip
Use Home as a morning check. For trends, call outcomes and busiest hours, open
**[Analytics](./insights.md)**.
