Appointments

See every appointment your agents book, across all your connected calendars, in one place.

Appointments brings every appointment your agents schedule — across all your connected calendars — into a single calendar view. Instead of checking Cal.com, Google Calendar, and Calendly separately, you see everything in one place.

Before you begin

Connect at least one scheduling provider so appointments can appear here:

  • Cal.com, Google Calendar, or Calendly

See Integrations to connect a provider, then let an agent book appointments with the Appointment tool.

The calendar

Open Appointments under Engage in your workspace. You can:

  • Switch between Day, Week and Month views, and jump back with Today.
  • Narrow the list to All, Upcoming, Completed or Cancelled.
  • Search appointments by name, email or title.
  • See Total appointments for the period in view.
  • Select a day to see everything booked on it. A quiet day reads Nothing booked this day.

Appointments from all your connected calendars appear together.

Manage calendars

Choose Manage calendars to see which calendar accounts feed this page. With none connected the page says Connect a calendar so agents can book for you. If something looks missing, check the account is still connected under Integrations.

Add an appointment

Booked by phone or email instead? Choose Add appointment:

  1. Pick an event type from a connected calendar.
  2. Pick an available time slot on a date. No open slots on this date means you should try another day.
  3. Enter a title, the attendee's name and email, and optional notes.
  4. Choose Create booking.

Tips

  • Keep your providers connected so the view stays complete and up to date.
  • Use Week or Day view on busy days to see time slots clearly.
  • Let agents book automatically with the Appointment tool, then use this page to keep an eye on the schedule.

Next steps

  • Integrations — connect Cal.com, Google Calendar or Calendly.
  • Jobber — if you run your jobs there.
